Are you having a new home built or did you buy a newly constructed home? HomeWise Inspections offers New Construction Phase Inspections and Builder Warranty Inspections for our clients. Our phase inspections include :
Damage or improper installation of home-systems found prior to a renovation may help to increase the success of the renovation. Damage or improper installation found after the renovation will help you to address renovation contractors with facts to initiate necessary repairs before the expiration of any warranties (related solely to the renovation), or before your contractors evacuate the premises with your money and leave you with sub-par installations. Following a Pre/Post Renovation Inspection, a full colored report with photos is completed and delivered to you within 24 hours.

Many of your home’s structures will get weathered and worn down over time from seasonal rains, drought, winds or humidity, so periodic Home Maintenance Inspections are necessary in order to assure the integrity of your structure. While performing your maintenance inspection, HomeWise Inspections PLLC can also identify possible indoor pollutants such as dangerous Carbon monoxide levels, and mold build-up. We will also evaluate your building's integrity by inspecting crucial components that could be compromised by cracked or stressed beams or one of many foundation issues.
